Executie lucrari: pod peste râul Someș – amplasament Str. Ștrandului, conform documentatiei de atribuire. Podul prevăzut peste râul Someş face legătura între Bd. Independenţei, cartier Gelu de pe malul stâng şi Bd. Henri Coandă de pe malul drept şi se suprapune peste Str. Ştrandului. Podul amplasat în continuarea străzii Ştrandului va prelua o parte importantă din traficul ce se desfăşoară între zona de nord şi zona de sud a municipiului Satu Mare, reducând considerabil traficul actual de pe podul Decebal. Noul pod oferă şi posibilitatea preluării traseului drumului european E 81 care în prezent se desfăşoară pe podul Decebal. Legătura între podul peste Someş şi viaductele prevăzute în continuarea podului cu cele doua bulevarde (Bd. Independenţei şi Bd. Henri Coandă) se realizează prin intermediul rampelor, delimitate cu ziduri de sprijin. Valoarea estimata a lucrarilor este de 141 794 420,00 RON fără TVA. Valoarea corespunzătoare procentului de 8,76 % de cheltuieli diverse şi neprevăzute, dat de către proiectant în devizul general, aferent capitolelor 1.2, 1.3, 2, 3 şi 4, este de 12 737 948,42 RON, fără TVA. Valoarea estimata a achizitiei de 141 794 420,00 RON fără TVA, nu contine valoarea cheltuielilor diverse si neprevazute.
Conf. prev. art. 160 (2) din Legea 98/2016, modificata prin OUG 107/2017, autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la clarificari in a 10-a zi dinainte de termenul-limita de depunere a ofertelor. Totodata numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data-limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 20 de zile.
