Title: Proiectare si executie „MODERNIZAREA INFRASTRUCTURII DE DISTRIBUȚIE A ENERGIEI ELECTRICE IN PORTUL CONSTANȚA- Etapa a II a”
Description: - Elaborarea Proiectului Tehnic, a tuturor documentațiilor de avize si autorizații (dupa caz) - Elaborarea Documentatiei Detalii de Execuție; - Executie lucrari Termenul limită până la care orice op. ec. interesat de participarea la procedura de achizitie publica are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu DA este cu 18 zile inainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor. EC stabileste 2 termene limită in care va raspunde tuturor solicit de clarif/ info. suplim, dupa cum urmeaza: • EC va raspunde într-un prim termen de 25 zile inainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare adresate de op. ec. in intervalul de la publicarea DA si până la data la care se implineste termenul cu 35 de zile anterior datei limită de depunere a ofertelor; • EC va raspunde într-un al 2-lea termen de 11 zile inainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor restului de solicitări de clarificare adresate cu 18 zile anterior datei limită de depunere a ofertelor. EC isi rezerva dreptul de a publica raspunsurile la clarificări în acest al 2-lea termen pt care raspunsurile ar trebui publicate la primul termen indicat mai sus. Cele 2 termene de raspuns la clarificari nu afecteaza dreptul op. ec. de a adresa solicitari de clarificari pe parcursul intregii perioade care se scurge de la momentul publicării anuntului de participare si până la a 18-a zi anterior termenului limita de depunere a ofertelor stabilit de EC. La solicitarile adresate dupa acest termen entitatea contractanta nu va raspunde. Valoarea totala estimată: 420.953.960 lei, fara TVA, din care: I. Proiectare: 9.862.540 lei II. Execuția lucrării: 411.091.420 lei. Valoarea cheltuielilor diverse si neprevazute, respectiv 41.546.800 lei nu este cuprinsa in valoarea estimata. Durata contractului: 36 luni, din care: 11 luni pentru proiectare si 25 de luni pentru executia lucrărilor. Perioada de garantie a lucrarilor minim obligatorie este de 36 luni.

Description: Conform Studiului de Fezabilitate, pentru realizarea lucrărilor în instalațiile proprii ale CN APM SA sunt necesare următoarele activități: - Elaborare studii de teren ( Studiul Geotehnic, Studii Topo), Expertize ( dupa caz); - Proiectare: Proiect tehnic de executie ( Caiete de sarcini, Fise specificatii tehnice), Documentatie Detalii de Executie, Proiectul pentru autorizarea executării lucrărilor de construire, Proiectul de Organizare a execuției lucrărilor ( dacă este cazul), Proiect de urmărire a comportării in timp; - Furnizare echipamente și realizarea lucrarilor de montaj. Furnizare piese de schimb, unelte, echipamente specifice pentru intreținere. Dotari - Lucrări de construcții de infrastructură și suprastructură ; - Furnizare Manuale de intretinere și operare pentru echipamente; - Instruirea personalului; - Orice altă activitate necesară atingerii scopului. Antreprenorul va fi Proiectant și Executant așa cum este stipulat in Legea nr. 10/1995 privind calitatea in construcții (cu modificările si completările ulterioare). Antreprenorul trebuie să-și asume responsabilitatea deplină pentru proiectarea, întocmirea documentației pentru obținerea/actualizarea autorizațiilor și avizelor, producția, execuția, testarea, darea în funcțiune și remedierea defectelor pentru lucrări pe perioada Contractului.
