Description: La actividad tiene como objetivo principal el desarrollo de los servicios de I+D necesarios para el desarrollo de aplicaciones de salvamento marítimo, basados en la información proporcionada por los satélites SAR y/o V/IR , que puede ser contrastada con la información obtenida por el sistema marítimo AIS para ayuda a interpretación de posibles acciones ilegales. Concretamente, se pretende desarrollar la tecnología necesaria para crear un prototipo que pueda validarse en situación pre-operacional, en diferentes centros operacionales de la Administración Pública interesada. La contratación se efectúa por el CDTI en colaboración con el Ministerio de Defensa, a través de la Dirección General de Armamento y Material (DGAM), en virtud del convenio suscrito entre ambas entidades con fecha 4 de enero de 2023, y publicado en el BOE con fecha 18 de febrero de 2023, relativo a la contratación de servicios de I+D en el ámbito de la observación de la Tierra por satélite. Se pretende contratar soluciones innovadoras, inexistentes en el mercado, que puedan solucionar las necesidades públicas detectadas por el Ministerio de Defensa, a través de la Dirección General de Armamento y Material (DGAM). La presente contratación se efectúa en el marco del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia (en adelante PRTR), aprobado por Consejo de Ministros el 27 de abril de 2021, y del PERTE Aeroespacial aprobado por Consejo de Ministros el 22 de marzo de 2022.
