Acordul-cadru are ca scop furnizarea și distribuirea merelor pentru preșcolarii din grădinițele cu program normal de 4 ore de stat autorizate/acreditate și particulare acreditate și pentru elevii din învățământul primar și gimnazial de stat și particular din județul Arad, în anul școlar 2018–2019, 2019–2020 pe loturi, respectiv lotul I zona Arad (inclusiv municipiul), lotul II zona Chișineu Criș, lotul III zona Lipova, lotul IV zona Ineu.
Anul şcolar 2018–2019 — valoarea contractelor subsecvente:
Lot I — Zona Arad (inclusiv municipiul):
— minimă: 24 288 copii şi elevi x 50 zile/an x 0,55 RON/bucată fruct = 667 920 RON fără TVA,
— maxima: 676 802,5 RON fără TVA.
Lot II — Zona Chişineu Criş:
— minimă: 5 624 copii şi elevi x 50 zile/an x 0,55 RON/bucată fruct = 154 660 RON fără TVA,
