In masura in care solicitarile de clarificari sau informtiile suplimentare au fost adresate in termenul prevazut in anuntul de participare, respectiv cel mai tarziu cu 19 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit in anuntul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor, conform prevederilor art. 172 din Legea nr. 99/2016. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificare adresate de operatorii economici pana la termenul stabilit, conform prevederilor art. 29, alin. 3) din HG 394/2016
