Ostutellimuse lahutamatuteks osadeks on riigihanke alusdokumendid Seotud hanke lõppedes vormistatakse edukale pakkujale ostutellimus, mis edastatakse e-posti teel ja mis on võrdsustatud hankelepinguga.
