Servicii de proiectare, asistenta tehnica si executie lucrări.
A. Servicii de proiectare: etape si faze de proiectare:
A.1) Documentațiile tehnice necesare în vederea obținerii avizelor/acordurilor, autorizațiilor;
A.2) Faza 1 — DTAC;
Proiecte întocmite conform Legii 50/1991 si Legii nr. 10/1995 privind calitatea în construcții, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, cuprinzând piese scrise si desenate:
A.3) Proiectul de organizare a executiei lucrarilor POE;
A.4) Faza 2 — PTh + DDE.
Proiecte întocmite conform HG 907/2016 si Legii nr. 10/1995 privind calitatea în construcții, cu modificările și completările ulterioare cuprinzând piese scrise si desenate:
A.5) Listele de cantitati ale lucrarilor.
Acestea vor fi întocmite și prezentate în conformitate cu HG 907/2016, anexa 7 — structura și a metodologiei de elaborare a devizului general pentru obiective de investiții și lucrări de intervenții;
A.6) Caiete de sarcini.
Caietele de sarcini conțin în mod obligatoriu specificații tehnice conform prevederilor legale în vigoare;
B) Servicii de asistenta tehnica din partea proiectantului pe durata executiei lucrarilor și pana la receptia finala a lucrarilor;
