Title: Transformator de 216 MVA 15,75/242 kV aferente Porțile de Fier I
Description: Prezenta procedura are in vedere achiziția a 7 (șapte) bucăți Transformator de putere - 216 MVA, 15,75/242 kV folosite pentru evacuarea in SEN a energiei produse de generatoarele din CHE Porțile de Fier I, unul dintre acestea urmand a asigura rezerva in cazul aparitiei unui defect major la unul din transformatoarele aflate in exploatare. In conformitate cu prevederile art. 172 alin. (2) din Legea 99/2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, Entitatea Contractanta stabileste doua termene limita in care va raspunde (CONSOLIDAT) in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare, dupa cum urmeaza: 1. TERMENE LIMITĂ DE SOLICITĂRI CLARIFICĂRI: a) Primul termen, cu 30 de zile înainte de termenul limită de depunere a Ofertelor; b) Cel de-al doilea termen cu 20 zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a Ofertelor. 2. TERMENE LIMITĂ PENTRU RĂSPUNSURI CONSOLIDATE: a) cu 25 zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a Ofertelor pentru solicitările de la punctul 1, litera a; b) cu 15 zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a Ofertelor, pentru solicitările de la punctul 1, litera b. Termenele de raspuns la clarificari au fost stabilite astfel incat operatorii economici sa aiba o perioada adecvata pentru analizarea documentatiei de atribuire si, ulterior, pentru elaborarea Ofertelor prin prisma raspunsurilor oferite de Entitatea Contractanta. Operatorii economici interesați de acestă procedura pot solicita clarificări privind documentația de atribuire inclusiv in ceea ce priveste documentatia tehnica (CAIETELE DE SARCINI) pana cel tarziu la termenele precizate mai sus. Entitatea contractanta isi rezerva dreptul de a nu raspunde la clarificari privind documentatia de atribuire, transmise ulterior datelor precizate mai sus, indiferent de subiectul acestor clarificari.Orice solicitare de clarificari, trebuie trimisa semnata cu semnatura electronica extensa in SEAP - www.e-licitatie.ro/pub
