Obiectul acordului-cadru: lucrari de intretinere pe timp de vara pe reteaua de drumuri si poduri aflate in administrarea Consiliului Judetean Hunedoara, pe o perioda de patru ani (2020-2023) – sunt excluse lucrarile cu mixtura asfaltica. Se vor incheia sase acorduri-cadru, cate unul pentru fiecare lot (sector), cu cate un singur operator economic: sector Brad, sector Deva-Paulis, sector Hateg, sector Hunedoara, sector Orastie, sector Valea Jiului.
Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data-limita de depunere a ofertelor: 15.
Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari cu 20 si 10 zile inainte de termenul-limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor in anuntul de participare.
