Astfel termenul de livrare al combustibilului este determinant în asigurarea continuității traficului feroviar de călători.
Description: Punctajul pentru factorul de evaluare Termen de livrare [TL] se va acorda după cum urmează: • Fără a depăși termenul de 7 zile, pentru cel mai mic termen de livrare cu cisternă auto se acordă punctajul maxim alocat factorului de evaluare, respectiv 5 puncte • Termenul minim de livrare, cu cisterne auto, pentru care se va acorda punctajul maxim: 1 zi • Ofertele cu termen de livrare, cu cisterne auto, mai mic de 1 zi vor fi considerate ca fiind conforme dar nu vor primi punctaj suplimentar • Ofertele cu termen de livrare de 7 zile vor fi declarate conforme dar nu li se va acorda punctaj • Pentru orice alte termene de livrare se va acorda un punctaj conform formulei: PTL(n) = (TL(minim)/ TL(n)) × [5]p, unde: PTL(n) – punctajul ofertantului (n) pentru termenul de livrare, TL(minim) – cel mai scăzut dintre termenele de livrare cu cisterna auto ale ofertelor admisibile TL(n) – termenul de livrare al ofertantului (n) Ofertele cu termen de livrare mai mare de 7 zile pentru transport auto, conform documentației de atribuire la secțiunea Modelul de contract, vor fi considerate neconforme.Oferta declarată câștigătoare este oferta care obține punctajul total cel mai mare obținut în urma aplicării factorilor de evaluare, conform formulei: PT(n) = Ppreț(n) + PTL (n) în care PT(n) = punctaj total ofertant (n) Ppret (n) – punctajul financiar obtinut de catre ofertantul (n) PTL(n) – punctajul termen de livrare obtinut de catre ofertantul (n).
