Scannere necesare pentru analiza probelor discrete de rocă, plante sau oase, pentru caracterizarea multiparametru a sedimentului din punct de vedere al evoluțiilor naturale sau influențelor antropice și pentru prelevarea și analizarea unor probe și date geomatice pentru ecosisteme acvatice fluviale (Orșova), achiziție prevăzută la modulele M5 și M2 din cadrul proiectului „Întărirea capacității de cercetare ecosistemică și biodiversitate a Universității București prin e-știință și tehnologie - Lifewatch România”.
Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 17 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor.

Formulele de calcul sunt următoarele:
a)Pentru criteriul calitate se însumează punctajele obținute la subpunctele 1-3. Punctajul maxim pentru calitate este de 30 de puncte.
b)Pentru criteriul preț: oferta cu prețul cel mai mic primește 70 de puncte. Punctajele pentru restul ofertelor se calculează după formula P = (prețul cel mai mic/prețul ofertei respective) X 70.
Criteriul de atribuire va fi punctajul general cel mai mare format prin însumarea factorului calitate și a factorului preț.
