— colectarea separata, transportul separat si depozitarea deseurilor municipale si al deseurilor similare provenind din activitati comerciale din industrie si institutii, inclusiv fractii colectate separat, fara a aduce atingere fluxului de deseuri de echipamente electrice si electronice, baterii si acumulatori,
— colectarea, transportul si depozitarea deseurilor provenite din locuinte, generate de activitati de reamenajare si reabilitare interioara si/sau exterioara a acestora,
— maturatul, razuitul rigolelor, spalatul, stopirea si intretinerea cailor publice,
— curatarea si transportul zapezii de pe caile publice si mentinerea in functiune a acestora pe timp de ploaie sau de inghet.

Obiectul prezentului contract de este delegarea gestiunii a unei parti componente ale serviciului de salubrizare a orasului Eforie.
Activitățile componente ale serviciului de salubrizare ce urmeaza a fi delegate, sunt prevazute in caietul de sarcini, anexa la prezentul contract, respectiv:
— colectarea separata, transportul separat si depozitarea deseurilor municipale si al deseurilor similare provenind din activitati comerciale din industrie si institutii, inclusiv fractii colectate separat, fara a aduce atingere fluxului de deseuri de echipamente electrice si electronice, baterii si acumulatori,
