Atribuirea acordului-cadru, pe patru ani, pentru „Semnalizare rutieră pe orizontală şi verticală în municipiul Braşov”.
Valoarea maxima estimata a acordului-cadru pe durata celor patru ani este 48 601 419,40 RON fara TVA.
Valoarea minimă estimată a acordului-cadru este de 42 442 957,52 RON fără TVA.
Valoarea minimă estimată a celui mai mic contract subsecvent este de 9 806 098,88 RON fără TVA.
Valoarea maximă estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent este de 12 933 692,35 RON fara TVA.
Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a 11 -a zi inainte de data-limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data-limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 20.

Description of the procurement
„Semnalizare rutieră pe orizontală şi verticală în municipiul Braşov”.
Valoarea maxima estimata a acordului-cadru pe durata celor patru ani este 48 601 419,40 RON fara TVA.
Valoarea minimă estimată a acordului-cadru este de 42 442 957,52 RON fără TVA.
Valoarea maximă estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent este de 12 933 692,35 RON fara TVA
Valoarea minimă estimată a celui mai mic contract subsecvent este de 9 806 098,88 RON fără TVA.
1. Cantităţile minime-maxime estimate a fi executate pe întreaga durată a acordului-cadru, respectiv în cadrul unui singur contract subsecvent, conform Anexei 1 din Documentația de atribuire;
2. Tip de acord-cadru: acord-cadru cu maximum doi operatori economici;
3. Durata acordului-cadru este de 48 de luni;
6. Anual, se vor încheia contracte subsecvente după cum urmează:
— în primul an se vor încheia contracte subsecvente între autoritatea contractanta şi executantul care a prezentat preţul cel mai mic în cadrul licitaţiei de atribuire a acordului-cadru;
— pentru ceilalţi trei ani, anual se va relua competiţia cu semnatarii acordului-cadru, iar contractele subsecvente anuale se vor încheia cu executantul care a oferit prețul cel mai scăzut cel mai mic în urma reofertării pentru anul respectiv.
Obiectul reofertării va fi prețul unitar fără TVA pentru cantitățile necesare de servicii/produse/lucrări pentru contractul subsecvent ce urmeaza sa fie atribuit. Operatorilor economici li se vor fi transmite invitații la reofertare, cu cantitățile contractului subsecvent ce urmează a fi încheiate, iar aceștia vor depune oferta de preț în termenul stabilit de autoritatea contractanta.

Quality criterion - Name: Timp minim de inlocuire este de 2 ore. Timp maxim de inlocuire este de 12 ore. Astfel, termenul total cel mai mic din ofertele considerate admisibile si conforme din punct de vedere tehnic şi i se va acorda maximul de puncte, respectiv 20 puncte. Pentru ofertantii care prezinta oferta mai mica sau egala cu două ore timp de interventie se acorda punctajul maxim de 20 de puncte. / Weighting: 20
