Se vor executa lucrari de interventie asupra imobilelor cu destinatie de locuinta avand ca scop reabilitarea termica a acestor imobile.

Lucrarile sunt de tipul celor prevazute la art. 4 alin. (1) lit. a) si b) din OUG nr. 18/2009, respectiv: lucrari de reabilitare termica a anvelopei, lucrari de reabilitare termica a sistemului de incalzire (acestea fiind considerate lucrari de baza); se vor executa si lucrari conexe.

In masura in care solicitarile de clarificari sau informatii suplimentare au fost adresate in termenul prevazut in anuntul de participare, respectiv cu 20 de zile inainte de data-limita de depunere a ofertelor, raspunsul autoritatii contractante la aceste solicitari va fi transmis in a 10-a zi inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.

Description of the procurement

Se vor executa lucrari de interventie asupra imobilelor cu destinatie de locuinta avand ca scop reabilitarea termica a acestor imobile. Lucrarile sunt de tipul celor prevazute la art. 4 alin. (1) lit. a) si b) din OUG nr. 18/2009, respectiv: lucrari de reabilitare termica a anvelopei, lucrari de reabilitare termica a sistemului de incalzire (acestea fiind considerate lucrari de baza); se vor executa si lucrari conexe.

Executia lucrarilor de reabilitare termica a blocurilor de locuinte trebuie realizată în termen de 48 de luni si, luand in considerare ca pentru fiecare lot in parte se poate atribui unor operatori economici diferiti, iar in sectorul 4 pana in prezent nu au fost reabilitate foarte multe blocuri de locuinte, pana la finalul acordului-cadru se pot reabilita mai multe blocuri de locuinte data fiind disperisa in piata constructorilor la mai multi operatori economici, practic s-ar asigura eșalonat executarea lucrarilor pe o perioadă de 48 de luni cu asigurarea „cash-flow-ului” la nivelul autorității contracante, astfel autoritatea contractanta a impartit sectorul in doua parti, fiecare lot avand aproximativ un numar egal de blocuri, asigurand astfel o distributrie egala a lucrarilor in tot sectorul.

Executarea lucrarilor se va initia simultan, pentru mai multe contracte subsecvente.

Lotul 2 cuprinde zona: Șoseaua Giurgiului-Șoseaua Oltenitei – pana la limita teritoriala a sectorului; numarul estimat de blocuri pentru acest lot este de 1 000 de bucati.

Nota: în cazul in care anumite obiective/blocuri vor face obiectul unor contracte de finantare, lucrarile ce fac obiectul prezentului acord-cadru pentru obiectivele in cauza vor fi realizate in baza contractelor atribuite de autoritatea contractanta (cu finantare europeana).
