Description: Obiectul acordului cadru de servicii/ contractului/lor subsecvent/e il constituie achizitionarea serviciilor de imprimare, anvelopare si comunicare a proceselor verbale de constatare a contraventiei (PVCC) emise de catre C.N.A.I.R. S.A. prin CESTRIN, prin intermediul Sistemului Informatic de Emitere, Gestiune, Monitorizare si Control a Rovinetei (S.I.E.G.M.C.R.) pentru incalcarea preverilor O.G. nr. 15/2002 privind aplicarea tarifului de utilizare si a tarifului de trecere pe reteaua de drumuri nationale din Romania, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare. A. In conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 98/2016, termenul limita pana la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este de maxim 20 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. B. In conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 98/2016, autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/ informatiilor suplimentare in a 11 - a zi dinainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Orice solicitare de clarificare transmisa dupa data mentionata la punctul A), va pune AC in imposibilitatea de a oferi un raspuns in termenul mentionat la punctul B) si drept urmare orice solicitare de clarificare in termenele mentionate se va considera TARDIVA. Frecventa si valoarea contractelor subsecvente de servicii pe care autoritatea contractanta estimeaza ca vor fi atribuite: 2 contracte subsecvente de servicii. Cantitatea MINIMA de procese verbale de contraventie la nivel de acord cadu este de 800.000 buc.; Cantitatea MAXIMA de procese verbale de contraventie la nivel de acord cadru este de 2.200.000 buc. Valoarea celui mai mare contract subsecvent de servicii este de 20.350.000,00 lei fara TVA. Cantitatea MINIMA de procese verbale de contraventie, estimata este de 400.000,00 buc. la nivel de contract subsecvent de servicii; Cantitatea MAXIMA de procese verbale de contraventie, estimata este de 1.100.000 buc. la nivel de contract subsecvent de servicii.
