Additional information: Uchádzač preukáže splnenie vyššie uvedených podmienok účasti týkajúce sa osobného postavenia dokladmi uvedenými v § 32 ods. 2 ZVO. Uchádzač, ktorý je zapísaný do Zoznamu hospodárskych subjektov vedeného Úradom pre verejné obstarávanie, nie je povinný v procesoch verejného obstarávania predkladať doklady na preukázanie splnenia podmienok účasti týkajúce sa osobného postavenia podľa § 32 ods. 2 zákona o verejnom obstarávaní. V prípade preukázania podmienky účasti osobného postavenia zápisom do zoznamu hospodárskych subjektov verejný obstarávateľ upozorňuje záujemcov, že ich zaradenie bude trvať len do doby platnosti zápisu v zozname hospodárskych subjektov. Uchádzač, ktorého tvorí skupina dodávateľov, preukazuje splnenie podmienok účasti týkajúcich sa osobného postavenia za každého člena skupiny osobitne. Splnenie podmienky účasti podľa § 32 ods. 1 písm. e) zákona o verejnom obstarávaní preukazuje člen skupiny len vo vzťahu k tej časti predmetu zákazky, ktorú má zabezpečiť. Podľa § 32 ods. 7 ZVO musí podmienky účasti podľa § 32 ods. 1 písm. a) ZVO spĺňať aj iná osoba ako osoba podľa § 32 ods. 1 písm. a) ZVO, ak táto osoba má právo za ňu konať, práva spojené s rozhodovaním alebo kontrolou v hospodárskom subjekte, ktorý sa chce zúčastniť verejného obstarávania. Kto je za takúto osobu považovaný je uvedené v § 32 ods. 8 ZVO. Splnenie podmienky účasti podľa predchádzajúceho odseku, preukazuje uchádzač alebo záujemca verejnému obstarávateľovi alebo obstarávateľovi predložením čestného vyhlásenia alebo vyhlásenia podľa § 32 ods. 5 ZVO, v ktorom uchádzač alebo záujemca uvedie zoznam osôb podľa prvej vety tohto odseku. Hospodárske subjekty, ktoré už boli do Dynamického nákupného systému zaradené, nemusia predmetné čestné vyhlásenie predkladať. Bude sa od nich vyžadovať len v prípade, že uspejú v súťaži o niektorú z budúcich zákaziek.
