Description: The award criteria is weighted 25%. Orientation: Tenderers shall fill in the attached price form in their cost calculations and submit it as an annex to the tender in Excel format. All fields in the attached price form marked with yellow shall be completed. Missing the price fields can cause difficulties in assessing the tender and the tender can then be rejected. All prices are in NOK, excluding VAT, including all direct or indirect expenses and duties that could be incurred in connection with the delivery. Order fees and invoice fees are to be seen as expenses. The prices shall include all costs for the customer who is included in this competition. Description: The award criteria is weighted 35%. Orientation: The offered system will be assessed under this award criteria. This will be done based on the tenderer ́s description of the offered vehicle, see the requirement form and evaluation requirements and how the tender complies with the set standard requirements and specifications in the tender documentation. Drawings/sketches of the vehicle and proposed plan solutions shall be enclosed with the tender. It is important that drawings illustrate solutions well and that the tenderer gives good descriptions so that the customer can make up relevant opinions and correct understanding of the response. Description: The award criteria is weighted 30%. The award criteria consists of two (2) sub-criteria: The Guarantee sub-criterion is weighted 60% of this award criteria. The sub-criterion Service Contract will be weighted 40% by this award criteria. Orientation: In order to ensure that the contracting authority ́s needs were covered in this procurement, it was not possible to procure vehicles with the most environmentally friendly fuel technology. In order to achieve the lowest possible environmental impact, the contracting authority would like a vehicle that has the longest possible shelf life and lifetime. Security: The contracting authority requires that guarantee provisions are enclosed with the tender. Tenderers who can offer the best guarantee terms, both as regards content and duration, will be paid for this. The requirement form states a minimum guarantee and tenderers shall describe their content, any prerequisites/limitations and length. Service agreement: The contracting authority has set requirements for the offered service agreement, see the requirement form. It is voluntary for how many years, beyond the warranty period, the customer will enter into a service contract for. Tenderers who can offer the best service agreement, both as regards content, price and length, will be paid for this. Tenderers shall state the price for the service contract per annum.
