Additional information: 1. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość unieważnienia przedmiotowego postępowania, jeżeli środki, które zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, nie zostały mu przyznane (podstawa art. 257 i 418 ust. 1 pkt 2 ustawy Pzp) 2. Z postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia wyklucza się również Wykonawcę, w stosunku do którego zachodzą okoliczności z art. 5k rozporządzenia Rady (UE) nr 833/2014 z dnia 31 lipca 2014 r. dotyczącego środków ograniczających w związku z działaniami Rosji destabilizującymi sytuację na Ukrainie. 3. Informacje szczegółowe dotyczące dokumentów na wykazanie niepodlegania wykluczeniu i spełniania warunków udziału zawarto w Rozdziale VII INFORMACJI do Wniosku o dopuszczenie do udziału w postępowaniu. 4. W kolejnym etapie postępowania wraz z zaproszeniem do składania ofert zostaną przekazane Wykonawcom informacje dot. m.in. wymagań w zakresie przedmiotowych środków dowodowych, projektowanych postanowień umowy, kryteriów oceny ofert, sposobu obliczania ceny, terminu składania i otwarcia ofert oraz terminu związania ofertą. 5. Termin wykonania zamówienia: w terminie do 36 mies. od daty podpisania umowy, lecz nie później niż w latach - do dnia 23.12.2026 r. (zadanie nr 1, 2 i 3), - do dnia 23.12.2027 r. (zadanie nr 1, 2 i 3), - do dnia 22.12.2028 r. (zadanie nr 1 i 3).
