Wartung) Die Beschaffungsmaßnahme steht unter Vorbehalt: Der Zuschlag kann erst nach Zuwendung der finanziellen Mittel (DFG/Land NRW) erfolgen bzw. dass der Zuschlag nur unter dem Vorbehalt der Zuwendung der Finanzmittel erfolgt. Ferner ist die Beschaffungsmaßnahme an maximal verfügbare Fördermittel gebunden. Sofern die Auftragssumme die bewilligte Genehmigungssumme (533.790,00 EUR Netto) überschreitet, behält sich das Universitätsklinikum Köln vor, das Verfahren aufzuheben. Die Vergabestelle behält sich vor Zuschlagserteilung eine verifizierende Teststellung oder Begutachtung einer angegebenen Referenz vor. Die verifizierende Teststellung/Begutachtung dient ggfs. der Kontrolle, ob die angebotene Leistung die in der Leistungsbeschreibung vorgegebenen Kriterien erfüllt. Im übrigen gelten die Bestimmungen des Vergaberechts.
