Title: FURNIZARE ENERGIE ELECTRICA PENTRU 12 LUNI
Description: Autoritatea contractanta organizatoare Baza de Aprovizionare, Gospodarire si Reparatii în calitate de unitate de achiziții centralizata, va încheia un acord-cadru pentru o perioada de 12 luni, cu un singur operator economic, iar contractele subsecvente vor fi incheiate si derulate de catre unitatile penitenciare beneficiare din cadrul sistemul Administratiei Nationale a Penitenciarelor conform anexei atasate caietului de sarcini- Anexa C- Nota de calcul. Contractele subsecvente pot fi încheiate simultan cu operatorul economic semnatar al acordului- cadru , in funcție de necesități. Termenele in care autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare solicitate de operatorii economici interesati: în a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limită stabilit în anunțul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor având în vedere că, potrivit art. 161 din Legea nr. 98/2016, operatorii economici trebuie să aibă cel puțin 10 zile să își întocmească oferta în conformitate cu cerințele suplimentare introduse prin răspunsul la clarificări/informații suplimentare. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari, inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, este de 20 zile.

Description: Componenta tehnica - Factorul „Energie electrică furnizată din surse de energie regenerabile" are o pondere de 3%, in totalul criteriului de atribuire, corespunzându-i un maxim de 3 puncte după cum urmează: a) pentru oferta care prezintă cea mai mare pondere de energie din surse regenerabile se acordă 3 puncte; b) pentru alte oferte se acordă punctajul astfel: Penergieverde =(Poenergieverde(n)/Poenergieverde ponderea cea mai mare ofertată) x 3; c) pentru oferta care nu prezintă ponderea energiei furnizată din surse regenerabile se acordă 0 (zero) puncte. Poenergieverde(n) – ponderea energiei din surse regenerabile in totalul energiei furnizate clientilor finali in regim concurențial in anul 2022, pentru ofertantul n; Poenergieverde ponderea cea mai mare ofertată– ponderea energiei din surse regenerabile in totalul energiei furnizata clientilor finali in regim concurențial in anul 2022, pentru ofertantul cu cea mai mare pondere de energie din surse regenerabile. Notă: In vederea susținerii informațiilor privind procentul de energie din surse regenerabile declarat pentru acordarea punctajului se va prezenta eticheta energiei electrice furnizată clienților finali alimentați în regim concurențial pentru anul 2022.
