Hierzu sind zwei Messungen erforderlich. Weitere Kontrollmessungen sind ursprünglich nicht vorgesehen.

Der Anlagenverantwortliche (AL V) fordert hiervon abweichend bei der Ausführung von Gleisquerungen in offener Bauweise die Beachtung zusätzlicher Auflagen. Danach ist zum einen darauf zu achten, dass das Gleis fachgerecht mit Neuschotter eingebaut und gestopft wird. Anschließend ist die Sollgleislage wiederherzustellen. Zum anderen ist die Gleislage über einen Zeitraum von 2 Monaten alles 14 Tage mittels Handmessung zu überprüfen und zu dokumentieren. Es werden somit zusätzliche Kontrollmessungen erforderlich.  

Diese Forderungen des ALV und die damit verbundenen  zusätzlichen Kontrollmessungen waren im Vorfeld nicht zu erkennen.  

Es müssen auf Forderung des ALV zusätzliche Vermessungsleistungen zur Kontrolle der Gleislage ausgeführt werden. Es erfolgen ansonsten keine Änderungen in planerischer und/oder baulicher Hinsicht.
