Main features of the procedure: Système d'acquisition dynamique (SAD) en plusieurs étapes. Une étape 1 d'admission puis une étape 2 : participation au marché spécifique. La CATP a recours à la technique d'achat du SAD conformément aux articles L2125-1 4° et R2162-37 à R2162-48 du CCP. Le principe du SAD consiste pour les candidats à remettre, dans un premier temps, uniquement une candidature dans les conditions fixées dans le Dossier de Consultation des Entreprises (DCE) du SAD. A ce titre, les seules pièces à produire à ce stade sont celles énumérées à l'article " Dossier de candidature " du Règlement de la Consultation (RC). La CATP transmettra dans un second temps, aux candidats admis au SAD, le DCE du marché spécifique correspondant aux besoins d'un de ses Bénéficiaires. Le marché spécifique précisera les besoins à couvrir, les quantités prévisionnelles afférentes et fixera une date limite de réception des offres. Il est possible de déposer une candidature pendant toute la durée du SAD. Toutefois, l'admission d'une candidature ne garantit pas qu'elle interviendra avant le lancement d'un marché spécifique. Seuls les candidats admis avant le lancement d'un marché spécifique sont invités à y participer et à remettre une offre.
