Description: Gradul de instalare al contoarelor inteligente pe un post de transformare solicitat in documentatia de atribuire este de minim 98%. In situatia in care unul sau mai multi ofertanti propun un grad de instalare al contoarelor inteligente pe un post de transformare >98%, punctajul tehnic se va calcula cu formula: Punctaj tehnic = (P ofertat /P max) X 5puncte Unde: P ofertat- Procentul ofertat pentru care se calculeaza punctajul; P max – Procentul cel mai mare ofertat.
