Title: Planungsleistungen der Tragwerksplanung gem. § 51 HOAI, Sanierung und Erweiterung Schulzentrum Sutensee
Description: Neben der Sanierung der Bestandsgebäude soll auch ein Neubau realisiert werden. Insgesamt soll das Projekt auf ca. 10 Jahre ausgelegt werden und ca. 50 Mio. € brutto (abzgl. Fördermittel, siehe Kostenaufstellung) kosten. Zahlreiche Sanierungsarbeiten sowie provisorische Lösungen z.B. durch Einbau von Brandschutztüren, wurden über mehre-re Jahre umgesetzt und führen somit zu laufenden Sanierungskosten. Nun soll ein Gesamtkonzept zur Sanierung erarbeitet werden. Dieses soll folgende Themenfelder fokussieren: Brandschutztechnische-, energetische-, funktionale- und architekto-nische Anforderungen. Des Weiteren sind Synergien zu berücksichtigen, beispielsweise durch Zusammenlegung der Verwaltung und Aula, gemein-same Nutzung der Schulen beider Sporthallen und Mensa sowie Steigerung der Aufenthaltsqualität auf der Außenanlage. Für den Bereich der Tragwerksplanung ist neben der Aufgabenstellung Neubau bzw. Erweiterungsbau insbesondere auch die Sanierung in Bauabschnitten mit den Herausforderungen des Bestands und sich veränderten Bauzwischenzuständen zu berücksichtigen.
