Description: Die vertraglich gebundene Leistung gemäß Hauptvertrag 20FEI4631, ist die Planung einzelner Objekte und Fachgewerke zwischen Irrenlohe und Regensburg auf der Strecke 5860. Der Generalplaner ist mit der Planung aller Fachgewerke und Disziplinen beauftragt. Im Rahmen der Planung, zur Erreichung der vertraglich geschuldeten Leistung, erwies es sich als sinnvoll und notwendig, dass aufgrund der Komplexität und dem direkten Zusammenhang der vorliegenden OLA Planung des Hauptvertrages mit den beiden PVA Regensburg-Wutzlhofen und Regenstauf-Diesenbach (direkt auf der Strecke 5860 liegend) auch diese vom Generalplaner mitzuplanen sind. Insbesondere zur sicherstellung der Passfähigkeit der technsichen Ausrüstung für die spätere Elektrifizierung. Die zusätzliche Leistung besteht in der Erweiterung der bereits vertraglich gebundenen Leistung, gemäß Projekt und Leistungsbeschreibung, zur Erstellung einer OLA Planung für die PVA Regensburg-Wutzlhofen und Regenstauf- Diesenbach.
