Description: COMMITTENTE: COMUNE DI FAENZA - GARA EUROPEA A PROCEDURA APERTA PER L'AFFIDAMENTO SERVIZIO ATTINENTE ALL'ARCHITETTURA E INGEGNERIA PER PROGETTAZIONE FATTIBILITA' TECNICO ECONOMICA, PROGETTAZIONE ESECUTIVA, DIREZIONE LAVORI E COORDINAMENTO SICUREZZA IN ESECUZIONE BIBLIOTECA COMUNALE - PROGETTO ATUSS: NEXT GENERATION EU "NEL CUORE DELLA CITTA'" - PROGETTO PER IL RINNOVAMENTO E L'AMPLIAMENTO DEL POLO CULTURALE DELLA BIBLIOTECA COMUNALE MEDIANTE IL RESTAURO E L'ADEGUAMENTO FUNZIONALE DEL CHIOSTRO MAGGIORE E DEL CHIOSTRO MINORE DELL'EX CONVENTO DEI SERVI DI MARIA COMPRESO IL CAMBIO DI DESTINAZIONE D'USO DELL'ABBANDONATO ARCHIVIO DI STATO. GARA SU PIATTAFORMA TELEMATICA SATER CERTIFICATA. La descrizione dei servizi, le modalità di esecuzione delle prestazioni e delle attività richieste e le obbligazioni a carico dell'aggiudicatario sono illustrate nel capitolato. Il valore complessivo massimo dell’appalto, ai sensi dell'art. 14 del D.lgs. 36/2023, per le prestazioni in oggetto da affidare è stimato in € 679.637,73 comprensivo dell'onorario, degli oneri accessori e delle spese, al netto di IVA e di contributi previdenziali ed assistenziali, con oneri di sicurezza per rischi interferenziali pari a € 0,00, di cui € 49.800,40 per prestazioni opzionali obbligatorie ed € 104.972,89 per somme a disposizione per variazioni ex art. 120, co. 9, D.lgs. 36/2023. Si precisa che in attuazione dell’art. 41, comma 15-bis, del D.lgs. n. 36/2023, come modificato dal correttivo di cui al D.lgs. n. 209/2024, rispetto all’importo dell’appalto a base di gara di € 524.864,44: a) il 65% (pari ad € 341.161,89) assume la forma di un “prezzo fisso”, secondo quanto previsto dall'articolo 108, comma 5, del D.lgs. n. 36/2023 e quindi NON soggetto a ribasso; b) il restante 35% (pari ad € 183.702,55) è soggetto a ribasso in sede di presentazione delle offerte.
