Die Vertragslaufzeit verlängert sich automatisch um weitere 12 Monate (auf 36 Monate), wenn der AG oder der AN dem jeweiligen Vertragspartner nicht bis spätestens 12 Wochen vor regulärem Vertragsen-de in Textform mitteilt, dass keine Verlängerung erfolgt. Erfolgt nicht spätestens 12 Wochen vor Ablauf der 12-monatigen Verlängerung eine Mitteilung des AG oder des AN an den jeweiligen Vertragspartner, dass keine Verlängerung erfolgt, verlängert sich die Vertragslaufzeit automatisch um weitere 12 Monate. Die Laufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung beträgt maximal 48 Monate. Vor dem Ende der Vertragslaufzeit abgerufene Leistungen sind auch über das Vertragsende hinaus entsprechend den Bestimmungen des Vertrags zu erfüllen.
