Description: La modificación del contrato obedece a la aprobación el 25 de noviembre de 2024 del proyecto modificado, conforme con lo establecido en el artículo 242.4. de la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Público (en adelante LCSP), debido a circunstancias señaladas en el subapartado c) del artículo 205.2 de la LCSP y cumple todos los requisitos recogidos en el artículo 205.1 del mismo texto legal.

Description of modifications: La modificación tiene por objeto, fundamentalmente, los siguientes conceptos: modificación del sistema de contención del terreno para incrementar las condiciones de seguridad como consecuencia de la cercanía de la red de metro e inclusión del gunitado del terreno entre pilotes como medida para evitar los desprendimientos derivados de la presencia de agua; modificación del sistema estructural para adecuarlo al nuevo Código Estructural y modificación del sistema de fachada, eliminación del atrio climatizado sustituyéndolo por un jardín interior y eliminación de la marquesina de cubrición de ambos edificios y sustitución por una pérgola de sombreamiento del jardín interior, con el objeto de incrementar la eficiencia energética del edificio.
