Description: Autoritatea contractantă intenţionează să încheie câte un acord-cadru de achiziție de produse pentru fiecare lot în parte, pentru o perioadă de 24 luni, cu un singur operator economic, fără reluarea competiției, constând în achiziția de: lot 1: - Pulover – uniformă de serviciu: minim 500 și maxim 20.000 bucăți, conform specificațiilor tehnice anexate la caietul de sarcini; TOTAL VALOARE ESTIMATĂ LOT 1: 8.400.000 lei fără TVA; lot 2: - Bluzon: minim 500 și maxim 20.000 bucăți, conform specificațiilor tehnice anexate la caietul de sarcini; TOTAL VALOARE ESTIMATĂ LOT 2: 11.400.000 lei fără TVA; lot 3: - Costum termic: minim 500 și maxim 45.000 bucăți, conform specificațiilor tehnice anexate la caietul de sarcini; TOTAL VALOARE ESTIMATĂ LOT 3: 20.250.000 lei fără TVA; lot 4: - Mănuși – uniformă de serviciu: minim 500 și maxim 20.000 perechi, conform specificațiilor tehnice anexate la caietul de sarcini; TOTAL VALOARE ESTIMATĂ LOT 4: 5.000.000 lei fără TVA; Cantitatea estimată care va face obiectul celui mai mare contract subsecvent: lot 1: - Pulover – uniformă de serviciu: minim 50 și maxim 5.000 bucăți lot 2: - Bluzon: : minim 50 și maxim 5.000 bucăți lot 3: - Costum termic: minim 50 și maxim 7.500 bucăți lot 4: - Mănuși: : minim 50 și maxim 5.000 perechi. Valoarea celui mai mare contract subsecvent: Lot 1: 2.100.000 lei fără TVA; Lot 2: 2.850.000 lei fără TVA; Lot 3: 3.375.000 lei fără TVA; Lot 4: 1.250.000 lei fără TVA; Termenul de livrare al produselor de 4 (patru) luni de la data semnării contractului subsecvent de către ultima parte, cu excepția contractului subsecvent încheiat pentru echiparea absolvenților de școli militare, care va avea un termen de livrare de 2 (două) luni. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informațiilor suplimentare, o singura data, in a 11-a zi înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor, în măsura în care aceste solicitări au fost transmise în termenul menționat la SECTIUNEA I, respectiv 19 zile înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor, astfel: – Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 19; – Termen de raspuns al autoritatii la solicitarile de clarificare/informatii suplimentare – a 11 a zi; Pentru respectarea principiului tratamentului egal, operatorii economici interesati vor respecta prevederile notificarii ANAP nr. 247 cu privire la modalitatea de transmitere a solicitărilor de clarificări și a informațiilor suplimentare la documentațiile de atribuire / răspunsurile formulate în cazul desfășurării procedurilor de atribuire a contractelor de achiziție publică prin intermediul mijloacelor electronice (on-line), in sensul ca documentele atasate la sectiunea "Intrebari" NU VOR CONTINE DATELE DE IDENTIFICAREA ALE ACESTORA, intrucat acestea vor deveni publice in momentul transmiterii raspunsului de catre autoritatea contractanta!
