Description: Der Auftrag umfasst die Lieferung von verschiedenen Standardschläuchen für diverse Systeme. Jede Versorgungsnummer ergibt sich für ein eigenes Los. Es handelt sich um 39 einzelne Lose. Angebote sind möglich für ein oder mehrere Lose. Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor Aufträge über ein oder mehrere Lose zu vergeben. Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor den Zuschlag auf Erstangebote (Indikative Angebote) zu erteilen. Die Vertragslaufzeit beginnt am 01.07.2026 und endet am 30.06.2028. Wenn der bestehende Vertrag zwischen der HIL GmbH und der Bundeswehr, egal aus welchem Rechtsgrund endet, kann die Rahmenvereinbarung durch ein Sonderkündigungsrecht beendet werden.
