Description: Planung Die Planung umfasst die Barrierefreiheit sowie die Gestaltung des Vorplatzes, der Bike & Ride (B&R) und Park & Ride (P&R) Anlagen, das Elektronische Stellwerk (ESTW), die Weichenneulage (WN) sowie die Gleisneulage (GN). Basierend auf dem Entwurf und den vorhergehenden Studien sind die notwendigen Entwurfs- und Genehmigungsunterlagen (EB-Unterlagen) zu erstellen. Ziel ist es, eine vollständige EB-Planung gemäß EBEV durch einen integralen Abstimmungs- und Planungsprozess zu gewährleisten. Optional Bau Im Rahmen der optionalen Bauphase erfolgt die Umsetzung der geplanten Barrierefreiheit sowie der Gestaltung des Vorplatzes, der B&R- und P&R-Anlagen, des ESTW, der WN und der GN. Auf Grundlage der Planung werden Ausführungspläne erstellt, und die Leistungsverzeichnisse (LV) für diese Unterlagen sind ebenfalls zu entwickeln. Zusätzlich ist eine architektonische Umsetzungsbetreuung vorgesehen.
