Title: Advies over afval- en hemelwater in functie van de omgevingsvergunning en overige wettelijke verplichtingen
Description: De rioleringsinfrastructuur is mogelijks niet aangesloten conform de vergunning of de geldende vereisten van de Vlaamse Milieumaatschappij (VMM). Mogelijks zijn inrichting waar afvalwater wordt gegenereerd niet conform uitgerust of ingericht. Doel is om de non-conformiteiten in kaart brengen en te weten hoe we deze kunnen wegwerken. We willen met betrekking tot de diverse waterstromen alle info verzamelen om de omgevingsvergunning te kunnen aanvragen/actualiseren en te voldoen aan andere toepasselijke wettelijke verplichtingen. De dienstverlener werkt hiervoor een studie uit, inclusief rioleringsplannen in dwg-formaat en een budgetraming voor de nodige ingrepen. Ter info: de plannen met de bestaande toestand kunnen worden aangeleverd via perceel 1.
