Conditions relating to the performance of the contract: A framework agreement will be awarded to one supplier for an initial contract period of four (4) years, with several options for the contracting authority to extend the agreement for up to four (4) additional years (2+1+1), resulting in a maximum contract period of eight (8) years. The estimated contract value is NOK 180,000,000, with a maximum value of NOK 250,000,000. The contract covers the delivery and installation of materials and services for the operation and maintenance of building technical services within the fields of: Ventilation - Refrigeration - Building Automation and more). Relevant contract standards may apply depending on the scope of work, including, but not limited to NS 8405, NS 8406, NS 8407, and NS 6430 (EPC), each with amendments adapted to Statnett’s requirements as specified in the individual call-off.
