Description of selection criterion: Een verklaring betreffende de totale omzet en de omzet van de bedrijfsactiviteit die het voorwerp van de opdracht is over de laatste 3 beschikbare boekjaren, afhankelijk van de oprichtingsdatum of van de datum waarop de inschrijver met zijn activiteit is begonnen, voor zover de betrokken omzetcijfers beschikbaar zijn. De totale omzet exclusief btw van de laatste 3 boekjaren moet ten minste € 2.000.000,00 exclusief btw op jaarbasis zijn. Gebruik hiervoor het sjabloon in bijlage F. Description of selection criterion: De inschrijver dient aan te tonen dat hij voldoende bekwaam is om deze opdracht tot een goed einde te brengen. De geschiktheid van de inschrijver wordt beoordeeld aan de hand van een controleerbare referentielijst met minimum 3 referenties met betrekking tot gelijkaardige opdrachten (d.i. het leveren van voedingsmiddelen, dranken en niet-voeding). De opdrachten waarop de voormelde referenties betrekking hebben, werden uitgevoerd tijdens de laatste 3 jaar, en hebben afzonderlijk een waarde van minimaal 45.000 euro (exclusief btw). Voor elke referentieopdracht in de lijst worden volgende vermeldingen bijgevoegd: - de opdrachtgever (met gegevens contactpersoon + telefoonnummer); - het begin en einde van de uitvoering; - de beknopte omschrijving van de opdracht; - de kostprijs; - aantal locaties; - attest van goede uitvoering. Gebruik hiervoor het sjabloon in bijlage G. Opgelet: AG SO geldt niet als referentie. Minimumeisen: De referenties dienen afzonderlijk een waarde te hebben van minimaal 45.000 euro excl. BTW.

Description of selection criterion: De aanbestedende overheid behoudt zich het recht voor de economische en financiële draagkracht van de inschrijver te beoordelen aan de hand van de jaarrekening (die de aanbestedende overheid zelf zal opvragen). De aanbestedende overheid zal de current ratio, acid ratio, brutomarge, nettorendabiliteit van het totaal activa voor belastingen en solvabiliteit berekenen. De buitenlandse inschrijvers dienen zelf hun jaarrekeningen van de laatste 2 jaren aan te leveren. Uit het nazicht van de jaarrekening moet een gezonde financiële situatie blijken.
