Description: Helsingin kaupungin kasvatuksen ja koulutuksen toimiala pyytää tarjousta peruskoulujen ja lukioiden liikunta- ja urheiluvälineistä ajalle 1.10.2026 - 30.9.2028. Hankintaan sisältyy kahden (2) vuoden optio, jonka käytöstä päättää tilaaja. Tarjottavien tuotteiden tulee olla yleisesti kouluissa käytettäviä ja laadultaan ja ominaisuuksiltaan peruskoulu- ja lukiokäyttöön sopivia (esim. urheilulukio tai koulun urheilupainotteisuus). Lisäksi liikunta- ja urheiluvälineiden tulee olla turvallisia, huollettavia, kunnostettavia ja niihin tulee saada varaosia vähintään kolmen (3) vuoden ajan. Tarjouksen voi antaa yhdestä, useammasta tai kaikista osa-alueista, mutta kuitenkin siten, että tarjouspyynnössä esitetyt osa-alueet tulee tarjota kokonaisina. Osa-alueen sisällä jokaista tuotetta on tarjottava. Hankinnan ennakoitu arvonlisäveroton arvio sopimuskaudelta optioineen 1 300 000 - 1 500 000 euroa. Tämä arvio sisältää kaikki hankinnan osa-alueet yhteenlaskettuna. Merkittävä osa tilattujen välineiden toimituksista sijoittuu kesäkaudelle, sillä suuri osa perusparannus- ja uudiskohdehankkeista valmistuu kesä-heinäkuussa ja kohteen toiminta käynnistyy elokuussa. Toimitusaikojen pitävyydellä on tilaajalle olennainen merkitys.
