Das umfassende Leistungsspektrum soll von der Planung bis zur finalen Umsetzung von den Kunden vollständig genutzt werden können. Für den Auftraggeber entsteht im Rahmen der Umstellung auf einen neuen Auftragnehmer bzw. neue Leistungen ein hoher Initialaufwand bzw. Fehlerpotential, weshalb zu häufige Wechsel vermieden werden müssen. Die Qualität der Leistung hängt stark von dem Vertrauen, daher müssen die vom Auftragnehmer eingesetzten Schlüsselpersonen zu den von der Leistung betroffenen Mitarbeitern aufbauen, die als Betroffene eine möglichst langfristig einheitliche Betreuung erhalten sollen.
