Title: Ersatzneubau Cuno-Raabe-Schule - Installation von Raumlufttechnik
Description: Die Stadt Fulda beabsichtigt die Erweiterung der Cuno-Raabe-Schule am Standort Gallasiniring durch eine Kombination aus Neubau und Bestand. Das Bauvorhaben gliedert sich in zwei Hauptbauteile: Bauteil A (Neubau): Errichtung eines dreigeschossigen, winkelförmigen Schulriegels mit zentralem Atrium. Das Gebäude beherbergt Verwaltungsbereiche, Fachklassen sowie moderne Lerncluster (Unterrichts-, Differenzierungs- und Multifunktionsräume) in den Obergeschossen. Bauteil B (Bestand/Kirche): Integration einer ehemaligen Kirche in den Schulcampus durch ein "Haus-im-Haus"-Konzept. Der dreigeschossige Einbau umfasst Mensa, Lehrküche, Ganztagsbereiche sowie eine Mediathek. Ein besonderes Highlight bildet das "Spieldeck" im 2. OG unter dem Kirchendach. Beide Bauteile werden über einen Verbindungsbau im Obergeschoss gekoppelt, der im Erdgeschoss eine überdachte Pausenfläche schafft und den zentralen Campuscharakter unterstreicht. Gewerkbeschreibung Lüftung: Für den Schulcampus der Cuno-Raabe-Schule ist die Installation einer modernen mechanische Be- und Entlüftung geplant. Lüftungskonzept im Neubau (Bauteil A): Im Kellergeschoss des Neubaus werden zwei zentrale RLT-Anlagen (L01 - Hauptflächen und L02 - WC-Bereich) installiert, die über ein gemeinsames Wetterschutzgitter im 1. Obergeschoss mit Außenluft versorgt werden. Die Anlagen bereiten die Luft durch Filterung, hocheffiziente Wärmerückgewinnung (Rotations- bzw. Plattenwärmeübertrager) sowie Nachheizung auf, die Anlage L01 verfügt zudem über ein Changeover-Register zur Kühlung. Die Fortluft beider Systeme wird gesammelt über eine Dachhaube ins Freie geleitet. Die Hauptflächen werden bedarfsgerecht über variable Volumenstromregler versorgt. Nebenflächen werden über Konstantvolumenstromregler einreguliert. Zur Luftverteilung kommen Deckendrallauslässe, Kombiluftauslässe, ein Sichtrohrsystem mit Sichtrohrauslassgitter sowie Tellerventile zum Einsatz. Lüftungskonzept im Altbau (Bauteil B) Die Belüftung der ehemaligen Kirche erfolgt über insgesamt sieben dezentrale Anlagen. Drei zentrale Geräte (L03-L05) im Untergeschoss versorgen die WC-Anlagen, den Speiseraum sowie die Spülküche über einen gemeinsamen Ansaugschacht. Die Küche im Erdgeschoss erhält mit der Anlage L06 ein separates, deckenhängendes System. Zusätzlich werden für den Ganztagsbereich, die Bibliothek und die Lehrküche drei weitere dezentrale Geräte (L07-L09) direkt in den jeweiligen Nutzungszonen unter der Decke montiert. Diese Einheiten saugen die Außenluft individuell über die Fassade an und führen die Fortluft auch auf diesem Wege wieder ab. Alle Anlagen im Bauteil B sind mit Wärmerückgewinnung und entsprechenden Heiz- bzw. Changeober-Registern ausgestattet. Kältetechnik Zur Klimatisierung der betriebstechnischen Räume (EDV, Brandmeldezentrale, Server) kommen Splitklimaanlagen zum Einsatz. Die zugehörigen Außeneinheiten werden im Bereich der Treppenabgänge montiert und über Kältemittelleitungen mit den Inneneinheiten verbunden.
