Description: L’asbl « Maison de la Solidarité de Mons Wallonie-Picarde » a pour but de mettre à disposition des différentes entités du Groupe Solidaris (Mutualité & asbl) les espaces nécessaires à leur bon fonctionnement et à leur déploiement). Le service infrastructures / maintenance de Solidaris a pour vocation d’assurer la maintenance préventive, curative mais aussi les divers travaux de réparation, reconditionnement des biens immobiliers et mobiliers du Groupe sur l’axe Mouscron-Mons. Ce service occupe actuellement un hall relai dans le zoning Polaris situé sur les entités de Peruwelz et Beloeil. Afin de s’y installer définitivement, MSMWP a procédé à l’acquisition de la parcelle Lot 13 d’une contenance de 49a 44ca, située Rue Plein Vent à 7600 Péruwelz. Ce marché d’auteur de projet vise en la conception d’un bâtiment dédié à ce service, qui sera construit sur cette parcelle. Il entend les missions d’architecte, les techniques spéciales, le PEB, la stabilité et la coordination santé sécurité.
