Description: Lappeenrannan kaupunki kilpailuttaa Sisäilmajohtamisen ohjelmistopalvelun hankinnan sopimuskaudelle 2+2 vuotta, jonka jälkeen sopimus muuttuu toistaiseksi voimassa olevaksi. Hankinnan kohteena on IT-palvelu, joka sisältää Sisäilmajohtamisen ohjelmiston tämän tarjouspyynnön sekä sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Palvelu kattaa eri rakennustyypit (esim. koulut, päiväkodit, virastot) joiden kokonaislukumäärä on noin 550 kpl. Rakennusten liittäminen palveluun tehdään erillisillä toimeksiannoilla jotka eroavat toisistaan sisällöltään, laajuudeltaan ja vaatimustasoltaan. Palvelun perustamisen yhteydessä palveluun on tarkoitus liittää 66 kpl Lappeenrannan Tilakeskuksen omistamia (koulut ja päiväkodit) rakennuksia (liite 2).
