Description: Salon kaupunki (jäljempänä hankintayksikkö / tilaaja) pyytää tarjouksia Kaivolan koulun ja päiväkodin peruskorjauksen ja laajennuksen hankinnasta jaettuna urakkana tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankinnan kohteena on osoitteessa Passintie 6, Pertteli sijaitseva peruskorjattava ja laajennettava Kaivolan koulu ja päiväkoti. Kaivolan koulu peruskorjataan ja laajennetaan kahden osaston päiväkotisiivellä. Rakennuksen talotekniikka uusitaan kokonaisuudessaan, ja julkisivupintoja sekä eristeitä uusitaan osittain. Urakkamuotona on jaettu-urakka, johon kuuluvat seuraavat urakat: rakennusurakka (pääurakka) ja sille alistetut sivu-urakat eli LV-urakka, IV-urakka, sähkötöiden urakka, rakennusautomaatiourakka ja maalämpöurakka. Hankinta on siten jaettu kuuteen osa-alueeseen tässä tarjouspyynnössä kuvatun mukaisesti. Osatarjoukset sallitaan eli tarjouksen voi jättää yhteen tai useampaan osa-alueeseen. Urakkasuoritukseen sisältyvät kaikki kohteen suunnitelma-asiakirjoissa esitetyt työt, materiaalit, hankinnat ja velvoitteet, ellei suunnitelmissa muuta mainita. Rakennusteknisten töiden urakoitsija toimii maankäyttö- ja rakennuslain mukaisena pääsuoritusvelvollisena urakoitsijana. Urakan tulee olla täysin valmis viimeistään 10.12.2027.
