Title: Accord-Cadre Fourniture d'horloges connectées
Description: Le SDE35 exerce la compétence d’éclairage public pour 236 communes et EPCI, et intervient à ce titre pour la réalisation d’opérations de rénovation d’éclairage public sur l’ensemble du département. En qualité d’exploitant du réseau d’éclairage public et de maitre d’ouvrage des travaux qui s’y rapportent, le SDE35 a engagé une stratégie visant à accompagner ses collectivités adhérentes dans le déploiement d’outils de gestion à distance de leurs installations, en particulier dans le contexte de la généralisation de l’éclairage LED et de l’optimisation du pilotage des luminaires. La présente consultation a pour objet la passation d’un accord-cadre relatif à la fourniture d'horloges connectées pour les travaux réalisés sous maîtrise d’ouvrage du Syndicat Départemental d’Energie 35. Ce marché comprend également le transport et la livraison sur site. Le titulaire assurera également la formation minimale des installateurs et utilisateurs ainsi que la garantie et l’assistance technique. L’ensemble des prestations pouvant être commandées sont décrites dans le cahier des clauses techniques particulières (CCTP).
