Justification for the duration of the framework agreement: De looptijd van de raamovereenkomst wil Delfland gelijktrekken de andere contracten voor PA zodat in de toekomst het mogelijk is om dit als één geheel in de markt te zetten. Achteraf is vanuit de markt gebleken dat deze combinatie logischer is en daarom wil Delfland dit in de toekomst wel mogelijk maken. Daarom is gekozen voor een looptijd van 4 jaar met verlenging tot maximaal 8 jaar totaal contractduur.
