Title: Neubau Berliner Schule, Abbrucharbeiten Gebäude D-E
Description: Die Gebäude D-E und das WC-Gebäude der Berliner Schule in Korbach, Karpatenstraße 1, sollen abgebrochen werden. Mit den vorliegenden Unterlagen werden die durchzuführenden Arbeiten für den kontrollierten Rückbau der Gebäude beschrieben. Anfallende Baustoffe sollen fachgerecht entsorgt werden. Schadstoffhaltige Bauteile (z.B. Asbestzementprodukte, "alte Mineralwolle" etc.) müssen unter Einhaltung besonderer Arbeitsschutzbedingungen ausgebaut werden. Gesamtmaße der Gebäude D, E und WC-Gebäude: - bebaute Fläche von ca. 780 qm, - umbauter Raum von ca. 7.410 m3uR (Fundamente, Kriechkeller, EG, OG, Dachräume) Folgende Unterlagen sind mit dem Angebot einzureichen: - Sachkundenachweise nach BGR 128 (neu DGUV 101-004), TRGS 519 - Zulassung als Fachbetrieb nach GefStoffV, Anhang I Nr. 2.4.2 Absatz 4 für Abbruch- und Sanierungsarbeiten an schwach gebundenen Asbestprodukten
