Description of changes: Les documents d’appel d’offres ont été rectifiés comme suit : dans le cahier des charges, annexe « Détail des besoins », chapitre 3.1, les volumes de licences nécessaires ont été adaptés afin de distinguer les cas dans lesquels le remplacement de l’existant permet le transfert de licences existantes des cas dans lesquels une solution équivalente, ou toute autre proposition, ne permet pas un tel transfert. Aussi, les kits de montage ont été précisés pour une partie du périmètre. En conséquence, le délai de remise des offres a été prolongé dans les conditions administratives, chapitres 2.1 et 2.4.
