Afhandelen van retourpost die gebracht moet worden naar (kantoor)locaties van Deelnemende organisaties binnen Nederland. Deze post kan afkomstig zijn uit binnen- en buitenland. o Ophalen en brengen van poststukken. o Doorzendservice van inkomende poststukken naar tijdelijk of nieuw adres, o Voor perceel 1 geldt dat postbussen, antwoordnummeantwoordnummers, inclusief zendingen naar antwoordnummer onderdeel zijn van de scope. Description: Perceel 1 betreft postdienstverlening ten behoeve van circa 89 Deelnemende organisaties. In Bijlage 7 is te lezen welke organisaties dit precies betreft. De postdienstverlening bestaat uit het collecteren, sorteren en bezorgen van uitgaande post met een binnen- of buitenlandse bestemming. Deze post wordt verzonden vanuit Nederland. Perceel 1 omvat een geraamd volume van circa 253 miljoen poststukken per jaar. Daarnaast omvat perceel 1 voor alle Deelnemende organisaties (102) dienstverlening voor postbussen (vast tarief) en antwoordnummers (vast tarief) inclusief de ontvangsten van de antwoordnummers. Uitdrukkelijk buiten scope van dit perceel is de dienstverlening voor postbussen (vast tarief) en antwoordnummers (vast tarief) inclusief de ontvangsten van de antwoordnummers. Description: De Aanbestedende dienst heeft naar aanleiding van de ontvangen vragen in de eerste Nota van Inlichtingen (NvI 1) aanleiding gezien om een aantal onderdelen van de aanbestedingsdocumenten te verduidelijken en te wijzigen. De wijzigingen hebben uitsluitend betrekking op prijsgerelateerde onderdelen, PvE en lijst met producten en diensten van de aanbesteding, waaronder: -De prijsbladen Bijlage 6a en 6b en de daarbij behorende systematiek; -de bandbreedte en uitgangspunten van de inschrijfprijzen; -de wijze van prijsbeoordeling zoals opgenomen in de aanbestedingsstukken. Deze wijzigingen volgen uit vragen van marktpartijen waarbij nadere verduidelijking en correctie noodzakelijk is gebleken om de beoogde systematiek eenduidig en toepasbaar te maken voor alle inschrijvers. Als gevolg van deze rectificatie: - zijn er gewijzigde versies van de prijsbladen Bijlage 6a en 6b d.d. 28-4-2026 beschikbaar gesteld; - zijn relevante passages in het Beschrijvend document d.d. 28-4-2026 (sub 2.2 + planning) verduidelijkt; - Bijlage 1 Programma van Eisen d.d. 28-4-2026 - Bijlage 2 Lijst met producten en diensten d.d. 28-4-2026 - dienen inschrijvers uitsluitend gebruik te maken van de meest recente versies van de documenten. De Aanbestedende dienst is van oordeel dat deze wijzigingen geen wezenlijke wijziging van de opdracht vormen, maar noodzakelijk zijn ter verduidelijking en verbetering van de prijsopbouw en beoordeling. Om inschrijvers voldoende gelegenheid te geven hun inschrijving hierop aan te passen, is de inschrijftermijn verlengd zoals opgenomen in de aangepaste planning. De inhoudelijke beantwoording en toelichting op de wijzigingen is opgenomen in Nota van Inlichtingen 1, waarin de betreffende vragen (met betrekking tot prijs en prijsbladen e.d.) zijn verwerkt. De wijzigingen leiden niet tot een aanpassing van de aard of omvang van de opdracht. Alle overige bepalingen van de aanbesteding blijven ongewijzigd van kracht.
