DescriptionSpecialpedagogiska skolmyndigheten (SPSM) genomför en ramavtalsupphandling av Tryckeritjänster (traditionellt tryck) och inbjuder anbudsgivare att lämna anbud i enlighet med dessa upphandlingsdokument. Syftet är att ingå ramavtal för avrop av upphandlade varor/tjänster under avtalstiden. I avtalet fastställs samtliga villkor för avrop. Avtalet ska kunna nyttjas av SPSM:s samtliga enheter.
