Description of selection criterion: Om de financiële draagkracht van de kandidaat te controleren zal de aanbesteder gebruik maken van de Creditsafe International Score. Voor elke kandidaat zal de aanbesteder zelf een Creditsafe rapport opvragen. De Creditsafe Internationale Score is een gestandaardiseerde score afgeleid van de normale Creditsafe score. Hierdoor kan een scorevergelijking worden gemaakt tussen bedrijven in verschillende landen. Volgende scores zijn mogelijk: score omschrijving: — A zeer laag risico, — B laag risico, — C gemiddeld risico, — D hoog risico, — E geen score. Description of selection criterion: Attest verzekering beroepsaansprakelijkheid Minimumeisen: Attest met bewijs van verzekering tegen beroepsrisico’s (BA - beroepsaansprakelijkheid) met vermelding van de verzekerde bedragen. De verzekering dient de aansprakelijkheid inzake arbeidsongevallen te dekken, alsook de burgerlijke aansprakelijkheid ten aanzien van derden bij de uitvoering van de opdracht. De polis burgerlijke aansprakelijkheid moet een waarborg inhouden voor lichamelijke, zuiver financiële, materiële en immateriële schade aan derde die verband houdt met de uitvoering van de opdracht. Deze referenties zijn vergelijkbare projecten qua aantal bedden en personeelsleden (minimum 400 bedden - 850 personeelsleden met arbeidskledij). Description of selection criterion: Nederlandstalige support Minimumeisen: De inschrijver dient aan te tonen dat hij over de middelen beschikt/zal beschikken voor Nederlandstalige support bij de ontwikkeling, implementatie, uitvoering en dienst-na-verkoop van deze opdracht. Alle communicatie in elke fase van de opdracht dient in het Nederlands te kunnen worden gevoerd. De inschrijver dient hiervoor aan te tonen hoe hij dit zal organiseren o.a. door het aantal Nederlandstalige werknemers op te geven in verkoop en implementatie, in backoffice en klachtenbehandeling, in technische en IT-afdeling enz.

Description of selection criterion: Continuïteitsplan Minimumeisen: De inschrijver heeft een uitgewerkt continuïteitsplan. Hierin staan de preventieve en correctieve maatregelen die de leverbetrouwbaarheid garanderen. Onder preventieve maatregelen begrijpen we o.a. forecast, opvolging verbruikscijfers en niveau van reservevoorraad. De correctieve maatregelen staan beschreven in een noodplan in geval van onderbreking van de productie door een ramp, staking, uitvallen van een machine of andere onvoorziene omstandigheden.
