Title: Development of a digital platform (mobile application, web portal and creative solutions) for Corridor E75
Description: The subject of this lot is the provision of services for the development of an integrated digital tourism platform for Corridor E75, including a web portal, mobile applications (Android and iOS) and creative and promotional solutions. The platform will enable presentation of tourism-related content, including accommodation, attractions, gastronomy, events and travel information, with multilingual support (Macedonian, English and Serbian). The services include analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, promotion, user training and system maintenance, in accordance with the technical specifications. The contract will be performed in coordination with the contracting authority and includes delivery of a fully functional and operational system. The duration of the contract is 36 months.

Criterion: General yearly turnover
Description of selection criterion: The economic operator shall demonstrate a minimum annual turnover of EUR 400,000 for each of the last three financial years. Evidence shall be provided through financial statements, such as profit and loss accounts or equivalent documents issued by a competent authority.
Criterion: Relevant educational and professional qualifications
Description of selection criterion: The economic operator shall demonstrate that it has the necessary qualified personnel with relevant educational background and professional experience required for the performance of the contract. The proposed experts must have higher education in relevant fields and a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in their respective areas (IT, production, marketing and design). Evidence shall include diplomas, CVs and proof of engagement, supported by references or certificates confirming relevant project experience.
Criterion: References on specified deliveries
Description of selection criterion: The economic operator shall provide references demonstrating relevant experience in similar services. This includes a list of main services performed in recent years, with details on value, dates and clients, supported by certificates of satisfactory performance, contracts or invoices. Evidence shall confirm the successful organisation of at least four promotional events related to tourism and the development of at least one mobile application within the last two years.
