Description: Piedāvātā kopēja līgumcena par būvprojekta izstrādi, autoruzraudzību un būvdarbiem - maksimālais punktu skaits tiek piešķirts pretendentam, kurš piedāvājis viszemāko cenu. Attiecīgi pārējiem pretendentiem punkti tiek piešķirti, aprēķinot pēc formulas:A = Azem./Avērt. x 90, kur:A – pretendenta iegūtais punktu skaits ar precizitāti līdz 2 (diviem) cipariem aiz komata;Azem. – zemākā piedāvātā cena;Avērt. – vērtējamā pretendenta piedāvātā cena.Projekta vadītāja pieredze* - iepriekšējo piecu gadu laikā 2021., 2022., 2023., 2024., 2025.gads un 2026.gadā līdz piedāvājumu iesniegšanas termiņa beigām kā projektu vadītājs ir piedalījies būvdarbu līgumu izpildē, kuru ietvaros ir veikta jauna būvniecība vai pārbūves darbi līdzvērtīgās būvēs un katra būvdarbu līguma izpildes vērtība ir vismaz 1 000 000 euro, neieskaitot PVN. Pieredzi apliecinošajam objektam ir jābūt realizētam, pamatojoties uz izsniegtu būvatļauju, un pieņemtam ekspluatācijā.Par kritēriju “Projekta vadītāja pieredze” – dalība līdzvērtīgu būvju jaunbūves un/vai pārbūves līgumu izpildē ar katra būvdarbu līguma izpildes vērtību vismaz 1 000 000 euro, neieskaitot PVN, punkti tiek piešķirti sekojošā kārtībā: 1) pretendents saņem 0 punktus, ja pretendenta līguma izpildē piesaistītajam projektu vadītājam nav pieredzes līdzvērtīgu būvju jaunbūves un/vai pārbūves līgumu izpildē ar būvdarbu līguma izpildes vērtību vismaz 1 000 000 euro ), neieskaitot PVN; 2) pretendents saņem 10 punktus, ja piesaistītais projekta vadītājs ir piedalījies viena līdzvērtīgas būves jaunbūves un/vai pārbūves būvdarbu līguma izpildē ar būvdarbu līguma izpildes vērtību vismaz 1 000 000 euro , bez PVN.
