Description: 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa Aparatu RTG wraz z wyposażeniem i adaptacją pomieszczeń do Zakładu Karnego w Rzeszowie. 2. Zakres przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje dostawę Aparatu RTG wraz z wyposażeniem i adaptacją pomieszczeń do Zakładu Karnego w Rzeszowie. Realizacja przedmiotu umowy zostanie wykonana w dwóch etapach: 1) Etap I – obejmujący wykonanie robót budowlanych polegających na remoncie i przystosowaniu pomieszczeń pracowni do wymagań technicznych i funkcjonalnych niezbędnych do instalacji Aparatu RTG. 2) Etap II – obejmujący dostawę, montaż, instalacje oraz uruchomienie Aparatu RTG wraz z kompletnym wyposażeniem i systemem niezbędnym do jego prawidłowego funkcjonowania.
